Student Transcripts
NEED A TRANSCRIPT?
Two options available:
1.) Recommended: Parchment Is Now Available!
CVHS is now offering a new service to make ordering transcripts easier for you. It's also more efficient for your school, and will deliver your transcripts to the colleges you choose in the format they prefer.
Please note that this is an OPTIONAL way of obtaining your CVHS high school transcripts. You can still obtain transcripts through the Registrar's office or via the Transcript Request Form linked below.
2.) CVHS Transcript Request Form - If you are a former or current student in need of a transcript please fill out a request form.
***If you require additional information about transcripts refer to the document titled “Obtaining Official vs. Unofficial Transcripts”.
For current seniors, only request a transcript for schools you applied to if the schools are requesting it. Some CSUs do ask for a transcript with first semester grades due in February or March. For schools you applied to with Common App or Coalition App, you do not need to submit a request - add your counselor to Common App or Coalition App and they will submit.
