AP Exam Fee Waiver Request Form

Students must first register for the test that they are taking on Total Registration and indicate financial need when prompted. Once registered, email this form with supporting documentation to our House 4 Secretary, Susan Ermitano, at [email protected] as soon as possible. This must be received by Nov. 14th to be considered for the waiver.
