Hello Trojan Families,

Congratulations on the close of another exciting year. Good luck to all students on their finals. We wish our seniors the best as they move forward in whatever their next endeavors may be. It has been our pleasure to be a part of their journeys.

• 1st period: 8:30-10:30

• Brunch: 10:30-11:05

• 2nd period: 11:11-1:11

• Break (school day over if no 0 period)

• 0 period: 1:32-3:32

Wednesday 5/27

Finals day 2

• 3rd period: 8:30-10:30

• Brunch: 10:30-11:05

• 4th period: 11:11-1:11

• Break (school day over)

• Make up finals by appointment: 1:32-3:32

Thursday 5/28

Finals day 3

• 5th period: 8:30-10:30

Friday 5/29

Grades 9-11

• Minimum day schedule. 1st period begins 8:30, school ends 12:21. Schedule here. 

Senior

• Graduation rehearsal at 9am

• Graduation tickets are given to students at the end of rehearsal. 

• Seniors return to campus for graduation at 3:00pm.

• Grad Nite bus leaves Mabel turnaround at 8pm. Permission slip must be turned into room 607 by Tuesday. 

Graduation

• Gates open for graduation attendees at 3:00 pm. Graduation begins at 4:00 pm. All guests must have a physical ticket to enter Trojan Stadium.

• Entry will take place at the main entrance on Redwood road. 

• Pre-purchased commencement items can be picked up from tables outside the CFA or inside the stadium by the scoreboard. 

• Accessible entry will take place near the stadium scoreboard. All guests must have a physical ticket to enter Trojan Stadium. 

• Accessible parking lot is located between the pool and CFA. Students should have pre arranged for guests to park in this lot and students will receive the parking pass at graduation practice. 

• At the conclusion of the ceremony families will have 30 minutes to take pictures before exiting Trojan Stadium. 

Please note: seniors will return to campus June 1st 8:30-3:30pm to pick up their diploma. All rental caps and gowns should be returned at diploma pick up.
