Hello Trojan Families,


Here is a look at what's coming up this week at CVHS. We look forward to seeing you at our events. Please note this newsletter only contains on campus events, other events might be taking place off campus. Athletics tickets here. CFA event tickets here. 


Monday 8/31

All School Event

  • Homecoming work party contracts available outside room 607 or here.  Students interested in working on the class float, or participating in the class skit or class dance at the homecoming rally must complete and return to the store student outside of room 607. 

  • Homecoming Dance contracts are outside of room 607 or here. Tickets are on sale Sept 8th-17th. Tickets can be purchased at the student store, in the finance office.  New this year single tickets can be purchased through the student webstore.  Students on the no sell list and with more than $200 in total fines will not be allowed to attend the dance.

  • Homecoming court and royalty meeting at lunch in room 607.


Tuesday 9/1

Athletic Contests

  • Flag Football vs Clayton Valley. Frosh at 4pm, varsity at 5:15pm. Tickets available via link above.

  • Girls volleyball vs Cal HS. Frosh vs 4:30, JV vs 5:45pm, varsity at 7pm. Tickets available via link above.


Wednesday 9/2

All School Event

  • Bring school-issued device for Tech Check happening during Closed Trojan Time, period 9.  

Parent Meeting

  • BLACK Program virtual orientation at 6:30pm. Check emails for invitations.

  • Asian American Pacific Islander meeting in the library at 6pm.

  • Noche De Bienvenida Puente PAC in the cafeteria at 6pm.


Thursday 9/3


Athletic Contests

  • Flag Football vs Heritage. JV at 4pm, varsity at 5:15pm. Tickets available via link above.

  • Girls volleyball vs Freedom HS. Frosh at 4:30, JV vs 5:45pm, varsity at 7pm. Tickets available via link above.


Friday 9/4

All School Event

  • Trojan Trophy dress up day.  Wear school appropriate beach clothing.  

  • Monthly club presidents’ meeting at lunch in room 607. 

Athletic Contests

  • Tackle football game vs Heritage HS.  JV at 4:30pm, Varsity at 7pm.  Tickets available online via link above. Please join us for our beach themed game.
